Courtney's Cardio Party!

Courtney's Cardio Party is a life-giving, soul-sparking, super sweaty dance workout created by Broadway dancer Courtney Liu. Each class consists of four cardio dance songs that we learn one at a time adding on a dance to each set until we have a full 15 minutes of cardio dance towards the end of class. We finish with a set sequence of pilates-inspired arm exercises, abdominal strengthening, and stretching. Suitable for dancers of all levels, this workout will invigorate your mind, lift your spirits, and leave you drenched!
